This one-off Valentine’s menu features a full 3-course meal for you to serve to your special person or people.

We all know food is the language of love, and so if you’re stuck on ideas for what to cook, here is a simple, affordable and tasty menu for you to enjoy at home. ❤️

Recipes to make for Valentine's or galantine's Day!

Whether you’re feeling loved up or not, I’m always a fan of making any day on the calendar feel a little bit like a celebration, because why not?

I’ve always made a Valentine’s dinner for my children and I, partly because it’s just a fun thing to celebrate love (any kind of love, not just romantic) and also, I like to teach the children that taking time to make an occasion for someone is a way of showing you care, rather than expensive gifts or the like.

So, whether you’re making a Valentine’s Dinner for your loved one, for the family or for your Galentine’s (13th February in case you didn’t know!) I hope you’ll enjoy this menu.

💕

I’ll be sharing some of the recipes on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, so watch out for the videos so you can cook along.

⭐️ Some tips: ⭐️

➡️ The starter can be made ahead of time, before you start cooking your main course, and the dessert can be prepped ahead too. This will give you time to focus on the main course.

➡️ The main course does not include a green vegetable side dish in the recipe, so make sure you add any you’d like on top.

➡️ Time your slow cooker dessert to finish cooking time just after you plan to finish your main course. This way, you can serve it straight up.

➡️ The recipes in this menu are for 4 people, so bear those ingredients quantities in mind if you’re cooking for two (simply halve the ingredients quantities).

➡️ Set the table before you start cooking. This is always a nice touch if you’re making a special meal, but time can run away with you once you get in the kitchen!
