Vegetarian

How much meat we consume has been a hot topic in recent times, and it’s certainly something I take into consideration more and more. What I’ve realised is the environmental impact is one thing, but by exploring more vegetarian options we’re also saving money and being way more adventurous with our meal planning too.

So if you’re a vegetarian or are simply looking at ways you can reduce your family’s meat intake a little, I have created loads of veggie recipes for you to try. They’re packed with flavour and nutrition, they’re budget-friendly and very easy to make.

The possibilities are endless with vegetarian recipes once you think about it. But I have thought about it so you don’t have to, with simple recipes for veggie pasta dishes, lunch ideas and slow cooker meals, curries, soups and stews.
