Fish

I love experimenting with fish dishes and it’s a fantastic ingredient to introduce to kids early. Most families don’t eat enough fish and I believe that’s because of confidence – it can be difficult to know where to buy it, what kind to get, and how to cook it. And that’s even before we’ve thought of a suitable recipe that everyone will enjoy!

Here is a collection of easy fish recipes to help you out when you’re short on ideas. Most of them will be far easier than you might think, and quicker too. You don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen being delicate with fish to get it onto the plate.

Some involve throwing it into pasta, others are one-pan favourites, others are burgers, some are easy bakes, and there are even slow cooker and pie options too. It doesn’t have to be complicated to get the benefits of this flavour-packed and nutrient-rich produce.
