Easter Meal Plan Collage

There’s really no better way to celebrate any occasion than the FOOD (obviously), and 🌼 Easter 🌼 is one of those times it’s so lovely to gather your nearest and dearest around the table for a feast.

Spring is in the air, there’s a sense of new beginnings, there’s less pressure than Christmas, and there’s chocolate all around. What’s not to love?!

I hope this special edition meal plan will help to make things even easier – and more enjoyable – for your Easter Lunch. This plan features easy recipes to follow, as well as a shopping list of ingredients.

I’ll be sharing this meal plan on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, so watch out for the videos so you can cook along.

Why use this meal plan?

⭐️ Involves the main event – LAMB – being slow cooked to save precious time in the kitchen.

⭐️ The dessert (Mini Egg Cheesecake, obviously) can be made in advance too.

⭐️ This leaves plenty of time to make the sides – Parmentier Potatoes and Roast Carrots and Parsnips – as well as set the table and enjoy yourself

⭐️ The shopping list allows you to plan exactly what food to buy, which avoids food waste and saves you money.

The printable shopping list can be found HERE.

➡️ Check for any items on the shopping list that you already have in your cupboard.

➡️ Remove ingredients for any meals that you don’t want to cook.

➡️Adjust your shopping list for the number of people you wish to cook for. Most recipes are for 4 but obviously you’d have leftovers of lamb and cheesecake – never a bad thing!
