If you’re buying for a wife, partner or even your own Mum, and you don’t know quite where to turn, I’m here with the answers! Here are some of my most favourite buys this festive season.
Letterbox Gifts Hampers by Post
Opening one of these parcels, is just a thing of beautiful, a real treat. Perfectly placed to fill the tiny space with moments of absolute delight, these parcels are really something special. I’ve now sent a few of them myself, and every person has been totally enthralled by them. I cannot think of a more lovely gift to send to a Mum (or anyone in fact) across the miles.
The Contemporary Home Travel Mug
This absolutely gorgeous mug is the perfect gift for a busy Mum who needs a dose of caffine in the morning. It will keep her coffee hot for the school run and remind her to celebrate a job well done with a slice of cake. Perfect!
Fireside Socks from Wigwam (also available from Amazon.co.uk)
Socks have often been scoffed at as a Christmas present, but with talk of hygge cosiness everywhere this year, a great pair of socks are the perfect gift for someone who needs some rest time. These socks from Wigwam are the ultimate in comfort and cosiness. Whether you are putting them through their paces out and about or warming your toes by the fire. They are some of the loveliest socks I’ve ever had the pleasure of wearing!
I love love love this kit. If you know a Mum who wants to have tip top nails but doesn’t have the time to go to salon appointments every couple of weeks, this is such a brilliant gift. Really easy to use, top up products are available on the High Street and it really works. Paint your nails at home and have them last for up to 2 weeks, brilliant!
Every busy parent needs a useful backpack in their life. For days out and even the school run, they are brilliant when you need both hands to juggle small children. This Re-Kånken Backpack is in the iconic design, but a special edition. It’s cleverly made with recycled plastic bottles, ready for years of service. An beautiful purchase available in a huge array of colours.
Beards and Daisies Flowers by Post
Beards and Daisies is a new, small online florist. I love the personal touch that founder Jo gives. Her passion for the business clearly shines through. You could send a single bouquet or buy a letterbox flowers gift subscription. What a treat to receive month after month in the new year. I tried the White Christmas bouquet which was absolutely stunning. Some of the most beautiful flowers I’ve had in the house all year.
Kenneth Turner Candles
These gorgeous candles would make a wonderful gift. Packaged beautifully, this posy size has a burn time of up to 50 hours and when you’ve finished enjoying the candle? You’re left with a pretty posy vase to keep. Mine sits with a few blooms in brightening my desk.
We all need some delicious chocolate in our life at Christmas and for me, it has to be Hotel Chocolat. Unique and oh so tasty flavours and beautiful packaging that makes the treat even more enjoyable. I’d love to find this Classic Christmas Luxe Box (£35) in my stocking this year..
Juice Mobile Charger
The Juice Weekender is one of the best things that has come into my life this year! I am that annoying person who often seems to have a dead battery and HURRAH, this often saves me. At £34.99 it charges a phone superfast and has up to 4 charges of an iPhone. A brilliant buy for any phone loving Mums out there.
