Sunday Setups are back! In my latest series, I’m bringing you more meal prep ideas so you can get yourself organised for the week ahead. Ready to dive in?!
It’s time to get organised with my SEVENTH edition of my Sunday Setup series.
Here I show you how a little preparation at the weekend can really take the weight off those busy midweek days.
It means you can serve up delicious and nutritious meals without too much time or effort.

Time
This setup should take you about an hour and a half depending on the order in which you make everything.
What meal prep we can do…
This week we’ll be including tips for:
⭐️ Breakfasts for the week to save precious time in the morning
⭐️ A cooked protein to use in salads for lunch, or an extra protein snack
⭐️ A hearty salad for lunches or dinners

Week 7 – Sunday SETUP Meal Prep:
Breakfasts

⭐️ STORING: These will keep fine in a container for a few days, but they also freeze well too, so you can keep them there if you want them to last longer.
