A big pasta bake for dinner is ALWAYS a good idea.

Easy to throw together, lots of flavour, always goes down well with the kids, and they’re a relatively hands-off meal to cook in the oven, meaning you can get on with other things on busy weeknight dinner times.

I LOVE coming up with new ideas for pasta bakes. They’re just so versatile. We can make them creamy, cheesy, with fish, meat or make them vegetarian. We can mix up the kind of pasta we use for a change, like gnocchi or orzo, and they’re a complete meal in one dish.
