Sometimes the stress of mid week dinner times gets all too much, which leaves us reaching for the freezer, which is absolutely fine, but it can get boring, and expensive.
My 30 minute meals are perfect for these nights; super quick, easy, minimal preparation and ingredients but you know you’ve got a balanced meal all of the family will enjoy.
And if chicken is your usual midweek hero, you’ll find plenty of quick, family-friendly chicken recipes that are just as easy and reliable. From speedy pan-fried favourites such as Chicken Fried Rice to simple saucy dishes like Creamy Paprika Chicken and super quick Air Fryer heroes like Salmon Tacos.
Pasta is also perfect when you want something quick, comforting, and affordable like Tomato and Basil pasta, ideal for those busy nights when time (and patience) is in short supply. If you’re after a heartier option, you’ll also find plenty of easy beef main courses that can be on the table in under 30 minutes such as Beef Fried Rice and Beef Stir Fry.
