Feta and Tomato Pasta {Slow Cooker Recipe}

This is my slow cooker take on Tik Tok’s recent viral Tomato Feta recipe. Super simple and perfect for summer!

Ingredients

For the sauce:

  • 650 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g Feta cheese See notes
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

For the pasta:

  • 300 g Pasta See notes
  • 10g Basil

Instructions

  1. Put the cherry tomatoes, feta, oregano, garlic, balsamic and salt and pepper into the slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 3 hours.

  2. At the end of the cooking time, the tomatoes should be soft and bursting. Blend the sauce with a hand blender or mash with a fork if you don't have one.

  3. Boil the pasta in salted water according to instructions and drain.

  4. Add the basil and pasta to the sauce and stir well.

Recipe Notes

Feta Cheese
If you don't like feta you could try a different cheese of your choice. I have used Boursin Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese before and it was amazing!

Pasta
I’d recommend something like rigatoni, penne, fusilli or gemelli, but go with what you prefer.
