Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach I keep this in the freezer and use it fresh from there
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Apple chopped
  • 1 Banana peeled

Instructions

  • Blend the water and spinach for about 30 seconds until like green liquid.
  • Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
