A quick and easy smoked salmon and broccoli frittata recipe, packed with protein, this makes a perfect breakfast or packed lunch, as well as a family dinner.

Smoked Salmon and Broccoli Frittata

Delicious quick mid-week meal for all the family and packed full of Salmon

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 220 g Tender Stem Broccoli or normal broccoli, trimmed and chopped into large chunks
  • 150 g Petit Pois frozen peas
  • 125 g Norwegian Smoked Salmon chopped into strips (or fresh salmon if you prefer)
  • 6 medium free range Eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper.


  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add the broccoli and fry for 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the peas and fry for a further 3 or 4 minutes until warmed through.
  4. Add the strips of salmon, the beaten egg and salt and pepper.
  5. Cook through until the base is just set.
  6. Pop under a hot grill to finish off.
