Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Beef Noodles
This Honey Garlic Beef Noodles recipe is a delicious slow cooker take on a healthy midweek stir fry or a weekend fakeaway. So simple and so tasty.

For the Slow Cook:
- 500 g Diced beef
- 4 cloves Garlic Crushed
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger Grated
- 8 tbsp Soy sauce Reduced salt
- 5 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 6 tbsp Runny honey
- 6 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 150 ml Boiling water
To Finish:
- 300 ml Boiling water
- 250 g Dried egg noodles Uncooked
- 1 Green pepper Sliced
- 160 g Sugar snap peas Halved
To Serve:
- Spring onions Chopped
- 1-2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Put the diced beef, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, ketchup, and 150ml/0.75cups of water into the slow cooker and stir well.
Place the lid on the cook on HIGH for 3.5 hours or LOW for 5.5 hours.
When the beef is tender, add the remaining 300ml/1.25cups of boiling water, the dried noodles, the sliced pepper and sugar snap peas to the slow cooker.
Stir everything together well, replace lid and cook until the noodles are just cooked, about 30 minutes. (You may need to stir as it cooks a couple of times.)
Serve with the spring onions and sesame seeds scattered over the top.
Meat:
Make this dish with diced pork shoulder or lamb if you want to try something different.
Thicken the sauce:
If you have too much sauce, don’t worry. Just can add 1 tbsp of cornflour (corn starch in the US) mixed with 2 tbsp of water and stir through which will thicken it.
Veggie Boost:
You can add some extra vegetables with the noodles, such as baby sweetcorn or mangetout.
Spring onions:
If you're in the US you can use scallions or green onions.
