How to Make Nice Cream

- 3 Bananas Peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 tbsp Milk Cow's or dairy alternative
- 1 tsp Vanilla paste Or 1/2 tsp extract
- Small pinch of salt
Add your frozen bananas, milk, vanilla paste and salt into a food processor and blitz until very smooth. (You may need to scrape the sides down a few times.)
Eat as it is or pop in the freezer for 30 minutes-1 hour to firm up a little.
OPTIONAL FLAVOURINGS
- Strawberry: Add in 8 frozen strawberries when blending and top with some crushed up biscuits.
- Peanut Butter: Add in 3 tbsp of peanut butter and top with some chopped peanuts.
- Chocolate: Add in 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and top with a few chocolate shavings.
Storing: Keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
