How to Make Nice Cream

Making Nice Cream at home will make you very popular with your family! Follow this recipe to get a simple dessert made without sugar, whizzed up in minutes. It’s the perfect healthy ice cream alternative that’s so delicious and creamy.

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas Peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tbsp Milk Cow's or dairy alternative
  • 1 tsp Vanilla paste Or 1/2 tsp extract
  • Small pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add your frozen bananas, milk, vanilla paste and salt into a food processor and blitz until very smooth. (You may need to scrape the sides down a few times.)
  • Eat as it is or pop in the freezer for 30 minutes-1 hour to firm up a little.

Notes

OPTIONAL FLAVOURINGS
  •  Strawberry: Add in 8 frozen strawberries when blending and top with some crushed up biscuits.
  • Peanut Butter: Add in 3 tbsp of peanut butter and top with some chopped peanuts.
  • Chocolate: Add in 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and top with a few chocolate shavings.
Storing: Keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
