Easy Fajita Seasoning Recipe

Make your own delicious Fajita Seasoning from scratch with this super easy blend that takes just minutes to mix. It’s fresh, budget-friendly, and stores for up to a year!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne for extra heat Optional

Instructions

  • Measure: Measure your spices into a bowl together and mix thoroughly.
  • Store: Pop the blend into an airtight container and store in a dry place for up to a year.

Notes

Fresh spices: It’s always best to use fresh spices that haven’t been stored for too long. It really does make such a difference to the end product.
Heat: You can add a little cayenne to spice the seasoning up if you like. I have added ¼ tsp to this blend, but feel free to add more of less (or not at all) according to your preference.
Quantity: This recipe makes about 3 tablespoons (30g) of Fajita Seasoning. If you go through it quickly, simply double (or treble) the ingredient amounts.
