Fresh spices: It’s always best to use fresh spices that haven’t been stored for too long. It really does make such a difference to the end product.Heat: You can add a little cayenne to spice the seasoning up if you like. I have added ¼ tsp to this blend, but feel free to add more of less (or not at all) according to your preference.Quantity: This recipe makes about 3 tablespoons (30g) of Fajita Seasoning. If you go through it quickly, simply double (or treble) the ingredient amounts.
