Chocolate Orange Rocky Road

Super easy, no bake, utterly delicious Chocolate Orange Rocky Roadrecipe. Great for bake sales and making with kids, the best Christmas chocolate treat!

Ingredients

For melting

  • 150 g Unsalted butter
  • 250 g Dark chocolate Chopped
  • 1 Chocolate Orange (157g)
  • 4 Tbsp Golden syrup

To stir in

  • 200 g Mini marshmallows
  • 150 g Digestive biscuits Crushed into chunks
  • Half Chocolate Orange (About half of a 157g Terry's Chocolate Orange)

For the topping

  • 200 g White chocolate Chopped
  • Half Chocolate Orange (About half of a 157g Terry's Chocolate Orange)
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Put the butter, dark chocolate, chocolate orange and golden syrup in a large bowl and microwave for 30 - 45 seconds.
  • Stir until it's thick and well combined. Microwave for a further 30 seconds. Stir again.
  • Set aside for 5 minutes until it's cooled slightly.
  • Add the marshmallows and the digestive biscuits, stir until everything is well coated. Then add in the Chocolate Orange chunks and stir well.
  • Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with baking paper and press the mixture firmly in.
  • Meanwhile melt the white chocolate by microwaving for 30 seconds, stirring for 30 seconds, microwaving again. Repeat until it's smooth and there are no lumps.
  • Drizzle the white chocolate all over the rocky road, add the remaining chunks of Chocolate Orange and some sprinkles.
  • Allow to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  • Turn out of the tin and cut into small chunks using a very sharp knife.
