Servings: 2 Chicken breasts
For the BBQ Chicken Marinade (enough for 2 Chicken Breasts):
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Soft brown sugar
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Oil Sunflower or vegetable
- 2 tbsp Wine vinegar Red wine is best, but white is fine
For the Honey and Mustard Marinade (enough for 2 Chicken Breasts):
- 2 tbsp Runny honey
- 1 tsp Dijon (french) mustard
- 1 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
For the Italian Marinade (enough for 2 Chicken Breasts):
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Oregano, dried Or Italian mixed herbs
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
For the Tandoori Marinade (enough for 2 Chicken Breasts):
- 2 tbsp Natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Tandoori spice mix (see recipe notes)
- 1 tbsp Oil Sunflower or vegetable
- Juice of HALF a lemon
For the Balsamic Marinade (enough for 2 Chicken Breasts):
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian, dried mixed herbs Or oregano
For the Pesto Marinade (enough for 2 Chicken Breasts):
- 4 tbsp Pesto
- 1 tsp Olive oil
For the Sticky Soy Marinade (enough for 2 Chicken Breasts):
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce Dark is best, light is fine
- 1 tbsp Runny honey
- 1 tsp Ginger puree Fresh or from a jar
For the Jerk Marinade (enough for 2 Chicken Breasts):
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Allspice powder
- 1 tsp Dried chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp Soft brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil Sunflower or vegetable
For the Piri Piri Marinade (enough for 2 Chicken Breasts):
- 1 tsp Dried chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Smoked sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Oil Sunflower or vegetable
- Juice of HALF a lemon
For the Lemon and Herb Marinade (enough for 2 Chicken Breasts):
- 1 Lemon Zest and juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
