Easy Baked Oats {Healthy Breakfast}
This delicious basic Baked Oats recipe is the perfect healthy breakfast dish. Serve with juicy raspberries and blueberries!

- 60 g Mixed berries Use fresh or frozen
- 1 Egg
- 40 g Rolled oats
- 50 ml Milk Whole, semi-skimmed or dairy free
- 1 tsp Runny honey
- .25 tsp Baking powder
To serve:
- Spoonful of yoghurt
- A few berries
- Drizzle of honey
Preheat oven to 180c (fan).
Mix your berries, eggs, oats, milk, honey and baking powder together until combined.
Pour into a small dish.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden and cooked though.
Top with a spoonful of yoghurt, a couple of whole berries and a drizzle of honey.
Grab a spoon and enjoy!
Type of oats: Rolled oats work so much better than whole oats. If you don’t have any rolled oats to hand, you can put whole oats into a food processor and pulse them until they break down (try not to overdo this as you will end up with oat flour instead!)
To reheat: Pop them in the microwave and heat until they are hot throughout.
Make in advance: This baked oats recipe is so easy you can make plenty in advance, bake in the morning or simply eat cold. For those super organised people you can even make, bake and freeze!
Don’t overcook: Try not to overcook the baked oats as they become dry
Berries: You can use fresh or frozen berries, if you are using frozen berries you may need to cook the oats a little longer to ensure they are heated through
