Ingredients

  • 150 g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt check it's a syn free one
  • Juice & Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Handful of Mint Leaves
  • 1 Teaspoon of White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Splash of water

Instructions

  • Blitz everything together until smooth.
  • Add enough water to loosen the dressing to the consistency you want.
