Ingredients

  • Half a jar of roasted red peppers in brine drained
  • 1 Tablespoon good quality balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Handfuls of Basil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Splash of water

Instructions

  • Blitz everything together until smooth.
  • Add enough water to loosen the dressing to the consistency you want.
