Easy Fresh Salmon Burgers Recipe
These a perfect twist on a standard burger and packed full of salmon

- 600 g Norwegian salmon fillet skinless and boneless
- 1 teaspoon Curry powder
- 3 teaspoon Cornflour
- 1 teaspoon Flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh Red Chilli deseeded and chopped
- Salt
- 1 medium free range Egg
- 100 ml Milk semi skimmed
- 300 ml Natural yoghurt
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 clove Garlic
- Lettuce tomato and buns to serve
Cut the salmon into pieces and place in the food processor with the curry powder, cornflour, chilli, parsley and salt.
Add the egg and just enough milk to make a thick batter.
Pour the oil into a frying pan and heat.
Dollop the mixture into four patties in the frying pan.
Cook for about 8 - 10 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Meanwhile, for the tzatziki, grate the cucumber and garlic clove and mix with the natural yoghurt.
Serve in burger baps with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
