Quick Chicken Tacos
This is probably the speediest recipe for Chicken Tacos around. Rustle it up on busy evenings in less than 10 minutes.
- 500 g Cooked chicken Approx. 2 x 240g packs
- 100 g Barbecue sauce
- 8 Small tortilla wraps
- 340 g Can of sweetcorn Drained
- 1/2 Shredded lettuce I used Iceberg
- 1 Small red onion Finely chopped
- 2 Limes to squeeze over
To serve (optional):
- Grated cheese
- Sour cream or yoghurt
Mix the cooked chicken with the barbecue sauce in a bowl. Serve cold or heat according to the pack instructions.
Toast the wraps carefully over an open gas flame or put in oven according to pack instructions.
Serve with the sweetcorn, lettuce, red onion and limes squeezed over.
