Course: Lunch, Side Dish
Cuisine: Family Food
Servings: 4
Author: Sarah Rossi

Ingredients

  • 4 Large baking potatoes
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Take each potato and prick well with a fork. Rub with oil and salt and wrap completely in tin foil.
  • 8 hours on LOW or HIGH for 5 hours.

Notes

Wrap in foil: I would recommend wrapping the potatoes in foil for the best results. I have tried slow cooking them both with and without foil, and while they’re fine without, I just found they didn’t cook as evenly and the potatoes did tend to stick together a little
To crisp up: The skins don’t get very crispy in the slow cooker. Instead you can finish them off in the oven for 10 minutes at 220C
How many at once: I can fit 4 big potatoes in my 3.5l slow cooker
