This Slow Cooker Salmon Recipe is part of my Summer Slow Cooker Series. It’s so simple and great for making ahead for dinner parties or even just an easy family dinner.
Line the bottom of your slow cooker with baking paper and place the salmon on top.
Pour the water around the edge of the salmon, squeeze the juice of one lemon over, add slices of the other lemon and salt and pepper.
Cook on HIGH for 1 hour or LOW for 2 hours.
Discard the water and serve.
