Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.

  3. Roll into balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  4. Press the top of each ball with a fork.

  5. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until just starting to turn golden.

  6. Wait until cooled on the baking tray and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Rolling the balls - try not to handle the dough too much or it can become very oily.

Baking - don't over bake, bring them out of the oven when they are just cooked.
