The BEST Oat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter
  • 150 g Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 100 g Plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 125 g Oats
  • 75 g Raisins

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200C.
  • Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. 
  • Beat in the egg and add vanilla extract until well combined. 
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Form the dough into 12 equal balls.
  • Bake on a lined baking for for 12-14 minutes depending on your oven.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet until they are firm enough to handle.
