  • 400 g Chocolate Broken into small pieces
  • 397 g Condensed milk

Optional ingredients

  • Flavourings, such as vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles


  1. Put the chocolate and condensed milk into a large bowl.

  2. Microwave for 30 seconds, beat well. Repeat once or twice until very thick and smooth.

  3. Pour into a small baking dish lined with baking paper. Smooth out and add sprinkles if using.

  4. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. Cut into small cubes and store in the fridge until needed.
