Ingredients

  • Half a jar of roasted red peppers in brine
  • 1 Tablespoon good quality soy sauce
  • Zest and Juice of 1 Lime
  • 2 cm of Fresh Ginger peeled and grated
  • Splash of water

Instructions

  • Blitz everything together until smooth.
  • Add enough water to loosen the dressing to the consistency you want.
