  • 4 large free range Eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Frylight
  • 4 tbps Garlic and herb passata
  • 90 g Mozzerella cheese HEXA x 2
  • Selection of toppings; ham peppers, mushrooms (I added olives which are 8 for 1 syn)


  1. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spray a frying pan with fry light and fry over a low/medium heat until the base is just set but the top is not quite cooked (about 4 - 5 minutes).
  3. Add the passata and then the other toppings.
  4. Pop under a hot grill until the cheese is bubbling and browned slightly.
