- 4 large free range Eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Frylight
- 4 tbps Garlic and herb passata
- 90 g Mozzerella cheese HEXA x 2
- Selection of toppings; ham peppers, mushrooms (I added olives which are 8 for 1 syn)
Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Spray a frying pan with fry light and fry over a low/medium heat until the base is just set but the top is not quite cooked (about 4 - 5 minutes).
Add the passata and then the other toppings.
Pop under a hot grill until the cheese is bubbling and browned slightly.
