Oven Baked Cajun Salmon

Ingredients

  • 500 g Norwegian Salmon fillet
  • 75 g Plain flour
  • 2 Medium free range, eggs beaten
  • 125 g Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C.
  2. Slice the salmon into fingers.
  3. Dip each finger into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Pop onto a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until just cooked through.
