Rolo Fudge {No Bake}

This delicious, gooey no-bake Rolo Fudge sweet treat is so easy and impressive. All you need to know now much, do you love anyone enough to give them your last piece?!

Ingredients

  • 400 g White chocolate
  • 397 g Condensed milk x1 tin
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 300 g Rolos (removed from pacakaging) About x8 tubes

Instructions

Microwave method:

  • Put the white chocolate and condensed milk into a large bowl.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds, beat well. Repeat once or twice until very thick and smooth.
  • Mix in the vanilla extra and HALF of the Rolos.
  • Pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper.
  • Smooth out fudge mixture, press the remaining Rolos gently into the top of the mixture, trying to get an even spread across the whole of the baking dish.
  • Refrigerate overnight. Cut into small pieces and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

Slow cooker method:

  • Put the white chocolate and condensed milk into the slow cooker.
  • Cook on LOW for 1.5-2 hours, mixing every 30 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat. Mix in the vanilla extra and HALF of the Rolos.
  • Pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper.
  • Smooth out fudge mixture, press the remaining Rolos gently into the top of the mixture, trying to get an even spread across the whole of the baking dish.
  • Refrigerate overnight. Cut into small pieces, and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
