Easy Hummus Bowl {10 Minute Meal}
This super simple 10 minute light meal includes Middle Eastern flavour and Mediterranean freshness. Throw all the ingredients in together for a delicious bowl of goodness.

- 500 g Microwave rice pouches 2 x 250g pouches
- 400 g Falafels 2 x 200g packs
- 200 g Feta cheese Cut into cubes
- 200 g Hummus
- 330 g Cherry tomatoes Halved
- 1 Medium cucumber Cut into cubes
- Olive oil to drizzle
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cook the rice according to pack instructions.
Heat the falafels according to pack instructions (or serve cold if you prefer).
Pile the rice with all of the toppings into bowls.
Give a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper.
