- 400 g Passata
- 3 x 400 g Cans of cannellini beans Drained and rinsed | See notes
- 200 g Smoked bacon Fry small pieces until crisp | See notes
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsp Tomato puree
- Salt and pepper
Beans:
You can use any kind of beans you prefer. I used 2x cannellini beans and 1x black beans
Bacon:
You can leave this ingredient out if you want vegetarian baked beans. Just add 2tsp of smoked paprika to replace that smoky flavour.
