This Cheese Platter is the perfect snack board. Great for kids playdates, after school snacks or for an easy lunch. Load it up and nibble away!

Ingredients

Cheeses

  • Wrapped, small soft cheeses
  • Cream cheese In a small dish
  • Hard cheeses Cut into cubes or slices
  • Cheese slices

Crackers

  • Some small Ritz type crackers
  • Cream crackers
  • A textured cracker, like wholemeal of Cheese Thins

Fruit and Vegetables

  • Grapes You can use them in different colours for added interest
  • Cherry tomatoes

Nuts/Dried Fruits

  • Raisins/nut mix
  • Dried apricots

Instructions

  • Arrange all of your cheeses, crackets and fruits on a large platter or tray. If you don't have one large enough, just use a variety of bowls and plates.
  • This list is just a guide, use whatever ingredients your family enjoy!
