This weekend Mr TT has been away “working”, flinging himself down snowy mountains. Meanwhile Naomi, Clare and Jack came to stay and we filled the weekend with kiddie adventures during the day and evenings of gossip and gin in front of the fire.
On Saturday afternoon we had a stomp up the beautiful Clent Hills which are just on our doorstep.
George demanded a cracker for sustenance on the way up.
We made it to the top and three small people nabbed a spot on the bench to watch the sunset.
Jack kept a close eye on the sunset..
We stopped for a couple of photos together before the temperature started to drop.
We couldn’t quite believe how memorable the sunset we’d just stumbled on had been. We started to make our way home, tired, filthy and ready for hot chocolate.
Only stopping for one last look at the moon that had just appeared..
Sometimes the unexpected moments are the best aren’t they? Where’s your most memorable sunset watching moment?
